Favorite rider of all time is Greg Hansford. Pure talent and a nice bloke as well.

Yeah, Greg Hansford was truly superb and very highly talented.
He was also very self effacing and down to earth despite his awesome talent. A truly great bloke..........perhaps that loud mouth & overrated moron from Lancashire, the one and only (thank christ!) Carl Fogarty could take a few lessons from the likes of Greg Hansford. Although somehow I doubt it. Limited number of brain cells I think, directly wired to his gob...................................... Wink

The combination of Greg Hansford and the watercooled 3 cylinder
KR 750cc Kawasaki was a formidable combination. I witnessed him taking on Roberts and I think Baker on the Brands Hatch G.P. circuit in '76 or '77, one of the two, and the way he forced by Roberts into druids was amazing. Simply amazing.

What a fantastic rider whose only flaw was being homesick for Australia and this I think precluded him from being a world champion. Eh, them were the days............................ Smile

Can I add in retroactively with the Cagiva C594 the
Season 2000 Nastro Azzurro Rossi NSR500.

In opinion the addition of the yucky Repsol logo for the 2001 season spoilt the uncluttered effect!

2000 Nastro Azzurro NSR500 rules o.k.! Evil or Very Mad

favourite rider angel nieto...he went to barcelona to the bultaco factory to ask for a job at 15, spent a year sleeping in a fruit warehouse while working there...on the weekends he used to ride back to madrid (12 hour trip back then) in a 65cc ducati, used to draft the trucks on the road "to get warm"

My opinion the Nastro Azurro is bit too big of a advertisement. There just too many stickers on it.

I like the smudge effect in the side made it look like paint flowing too the side. Also like the white on the front and tail too bad year later they removed it and the bike became too empty.

I still want a nsr250 in that colorsheme.

I rather buy this one than a cbr1000rr in new Repsol color or a R6 or r1 with gauloises colors.
